BAKE BREAD
Workshops on baking homemade bread in the traditional way.
Homemade bread is baked in the traditional way in a farmhouse oven, it is mixed in mentrga and made with heart.
Ingredients: flour TYPE 1100, water, salt and yeast.
Workshops are held by prior arrangement and last 3 hours.
Dates: every Friday at 6 p.m. - advance order required.
By agreement, we can also prepare additional appointments

At the Smolej farm, we offer a science or technical day and a school in nature for schools and kindergartens.
